BIDC Nuernberg
Yeah, BIDC was a nice one. Everyone had a good evening, except for Matt Pingel, whose camera unfortunately were destroyed by a collision.
The Tag Team mode proved its worth and brought exciting battles. The Bitterfeld Connection, Chris and Dan, took the money for first and second place. We put together a line of random contest pics.

Battle in da Club
Last weekend the h_trix Flatland contest took place in Stuttgart. Watch some flicks on Wynsworld. There was not only a lot of fun to get but also prize money and a invitation for the bidc3 in Nuernberg.
Walde Fatkin, "Zwennie" Steinbach, Daniel Fuhrmann and Lasse from Koblenz (in the order of ranking) took their chances. Perhaps these four riders even create two teams for Nuernberg, because the next bidc will have a innovative rule: the Tag Team Mode. Read the bidc press release for comprehension.

Back from Sin City
Last week the Interbike took place in Las Vegas, USA. We were represented on the booth of QBP, our American distributor.
Justin Miller was awarded to be the best flatlander of the year on NORA CUP (the BMX-Oscar). He could not be there so Jesse Puente accepted the CUP for Justin. It seemed to be a great party.

The Flatring
Like you know, ten days ago the Flatring Contest took place at the Cirque D’Hiver Bouglione de Paris, where Justin made it up to the second place while Matthias became third. For everyone who did not have the possibility to be there, the guys at global-flat put together a detailed article. Flat Art Cew CEO Flo Sailer is busy as usual: First of all he converted the FAC association into a booking agency. Check their website.
He is also arranging the Battle in da club 3 in Nuernberg. There will be a whole new battle mode: Less riders and a "Tag Team" mode (like these wrestlers back in the days). Watch out for more information in near future.

Congratulations
2006 seems to be a great summer for the team.
First Justin "Killer" Miller won the Masters in Cologne while Matthias took sixth place, Alex eight place. Than Matthias won the "best trick" battle.
And as if that wouldn´t be already enough they also ruled the NASS Contest in Birmingham: 1. Justin Miller, 2. Matthias Dandois, 3. Alex Jumelin.

New prototype pegs arrived, Jessup Pegs available
Take a look at the new Taira Pegs. Specs: CNC machined, 7005 T6 aluminium, weight 230 g / pair, diameter 38 mm, for 10 and 14 mm axles. These are prototypes, they are available in late fall.

New prototypes arrived
If you were at the Eurobike 2005 in Friedrichshafen, you may have seen the first prototype of our new stem, the Minimalism. The idea was to get more space, by shifting the screws between the handlebar and the forkshaft. One year on the final prototypes are being tested for release in late 2006 / early 2007.

SORRY THIS EVENT IS DELETED!! "Lord of Wheels" Flatland Contest in "Fortezza da Basso", Florence
For the first time the most important italian sport event, the "Festival del Fitness", will give hospitality to a Bmx (Flat) and Skate (Best Trick) contest. In the beautiful medieval Castle "Fortezza da Basso", in the very centre of Florence, your wheels could be protagonist!!! Both the Contests will have 4.000 euros of Prize-money, the biggest Prize-money ever had in Italy! The Bmx Flat Contest will start on Friday 26th (free practice) and the qualifications will take place on Saturday 27th morning. Finals are scheduled on Sunday 28th.
The ticket entrance will cost 25 euros for all the 5 days, subscription to the Contests included!!!

Prize money: 1st - 2000€, 2nd - 1000€, 3rd - 500€, 4th - 300€, 5th - 200€

Battle in da Club round 2 finished!! KHE's Daniel wins...
On the past weekend the Battle in da Club Round II took place. Riders from France, Holland, Austria and all across Germany made the trip to Munich to rock the first serious Battle of 2006. Battle in da Club Tour Round II
After the big success of the first Battle in da Club which took place in Stuttgart (club Zapata), we are proud to present the second round! It´s the beginning of the first tour in the German Flatland history. All German and Austrian riders - who are invited or voted to come to the battles - are part of the new BidC-ranking-system. We`ll always have 18 German participants and 6 international riders. In 2006 the BidC-tour will rule 3 German cities. Next stop is Munich on March the 11th 2006 (club Feierwerk).
