Information about the installation, maintenance and warranty of a KHEbikes Astral hub.

A. Check the hub after receiving for irregularities (paint
damage, defective bearings etc).

B. Keep your bill in case of complaints and warranty
claims.

C. For radial lasing use radial spokes and for cross
lasing use cranked spokes.

D. Assemble the hub like the picture. Use following order,
from the inside to the outside: protection cap,
stud or the washer from the allen screw, fork (dropouts),
allen screw or the nut from the axle stud.

E. Attention: Assemble the axle studs with 22Nm and
the allen screw/ the nut of the axle stud with 40Nm.

F. If you like to change spokes, disassemble the allen
screw or the axle stud from the site you need and
turn off the protection cap.

G. The allen screw have a 3/8" 26t thread.

A. Überprüfe die Nabe nach Erhalt auf Unregelmäßigkeiten
(z.B. Lackschäden, defekte Lager etc).

B. Bewahre die Rechnung für Reklamationen und
Gewährleistungsansprüche auf.

C. Das Radialeinspeichen erfordert gerade Speichenköpfe,
beim Einspeichen über Kreuz benötigt man
gekröpfte Speichen.

D. Die Montage der Nabe erfolgt gemäß der Abbildung,
d.h. von innen nach außen: Schutzkappen,Axle-Stud bzw. „dicke“ Unterlegscheibe der Inbusschraube,
dann die Gabel (Ausfallenden) und dann
die Inbusschraube mit extra Unterlegscheibe bzw.
die Achsmutter des Studs.

E. Achtung: Die Axlestuds der Astral Nabe werden
mit 22Nm und die Inbusschrauben bzw. die Achsmutter
mit 40Nm montiert.

F. Um eine Speiche zu ersetzten muss man auf der jeweiligen
Seite, den Stud bzw. die Inbusschraube entfernen
und kann dann die Schutzkappe abziehen.

G. Die Inbusschraube hat ein 3/8" 26t Gewinde.
