Information about the installation, maintenance and warranty of a KHEbikes Astral hub.

A.  Check the bottom bracket after receiving for
irregularities (defect bearings, damaged thread).

B. Keep your bill in case of complaints and warranty
claims.

C. US BB, Mid BB and Spanish BB bottom brackets
should be pressed into the frame with grease.

D. The Euro BB bottom bracket has a left hand
thread on the right side (mounting counterclockwise)
and a legal thread on the left side.
(Assembly clockwise) The bearing should be easy
assembled with a greased thread.

E. Assemble the inner spacer, washer and spacer in
the same order like the picture. You can vary the
distance of the cranks with the “extra spacer”.

F. For installation of the bottom bracket use a 36mm
open-end wrench. Tight it with 50Nm.

A. Überprüfe das Innenlager nach Erhalt auf Unregelmäßigkeiten
(z.B. defekte Lager, beschädigtes Gewinde
etc).

B. Bewahre die Rechnung für Reklamationen und
Gewährleistungsansprüche auf.

C. USBB, MidBB und SpanischBB Innerlager (Tretlager)
sind mit Fett einzupressen.

D. EuroBB Innenlager haben auf der rechten Seite ein
Linksgewinde (Montage gegen Uhrzeigersinn) und
auf der linken Seite ein Rechtsgewinde. (Montage
im Uhrzeigersinn) Das Innenlager sollte sich mit
Fett auf den Gewindegängen leicht montieren lassen.

E. Die Hülle, Unterlegscheiben und Abstandshalter
müssen wie in der Abbildung montiert werden. Mit
den zusätzlich beiliegenden Spacern lässt sich der
Kurbelabstand variieren.

F. Die Montage erfolgt mit einem 36er Maulschlüssel
und muss mit 50Nm festgeschraubt werden.
