NOTES REGARDING KHEBIKES BUSH BB INSTALLATION:

- For better performances all surfaces needs to be clean and dry before assembly.

- A single lubrication with Teflon or Silicon oil is highly recommended to improve the overall performances of the bush bearing. NEVER USE GREASE. (WD40 can be use as a temporary alternative)  Please exercise caution when using lubrication in dirty environments. The lubricant can mix with hard dirt particles and form a grinding paste, resulting in acceleration of wear.

- The crank needs to be tighten as needed: apply enough torque to remove all play from the crank while ensuring it still rotates freely. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN otherwise the bush will be damaged.

- Axle diameters vary about 0.05mm. The affix BB fits to the smallest diameter variation 19,00, otherwise some axles would be loose. If your axle has a slightly bigger axle diameter, you need to sand down inner side of the bearing with a 1200 grained sand paper. Work cautious, don’t grind more than necessary.
