10. Hello, I've got a question! What's ACB on my hub?

ACB is a bearing which is stronger as a normal one. The ACB bearing is only the bigger driver side bearing from the hub, which is resistant to side debit. The sizes are similar to normal driver side bearings.

11. I want to make my hub stronger! Can I substitute my normal bearings by stronger one?

It's possible. You could substitute the bigger driver side bearing by an ACB version. The sizes are similar to normal driver side bearings. Attention! The normal driver bearings have a 15 mm inner diameter and the latest stronger version has only 14 mm inner diameter and that's the reason why you have to change your axle. All other diameters are similar. So if you want to change your bearings, you will find an instruction manual on our homepage under "tech support" - "how the change bearings".

12. Hey, have got a problem with my Freecoaster, they wouldn't engage! Can I fix that?

Yes you can fix that! You have to disassemble the Freecoaster, but please use our instruction manual which you will find under the point "tech support" - "how the change bearings". After that you will see two studs with little balls on the axle. Please disassemble these one and clean them with cleaning solvent. Attention! There is a little spring inside. Take care that the spring is strong enough to pressures the little balls to the outside, please check if there any metal splits / remains inside. If yes, remove them. Second step, now you could install the studs with look tight. But put them not to the whole of end into the axle. Take the driver-cone / clutch on the axle and adjust the studs so, that only the little balls pressures to the inside of the driver-cone. Be careful that only the balls and not the bolts/studs pressures to the inside of the clutch. Now it should work, without pedaling forward.
