Meine vorrägige Bewertung fiel schlechter aus. Grund dafür ist, daß ich schon oft auf blöde Anbieter gestoßen bin und demzufolge einfach meine negativen Erfahrungen ausspreche.
Auf meine erste Bewertung kontaktierte man mich sofort, was ich persönlich echt klasse fand und man direkt merkte das der Kunde ganz oben steht. Dicken Daumen hoch dafür.
Mein Anliegen was mich ärgerte wurde mit viel Freundlichkeit, Hilfe und Problemlösung geklärt. Das ist heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich, es gibt Anbieter wie Sand am Meer und der größte Teil von diesen sind nur bedacht sich die Tasche zu füllen, dies ist hier nicht der Fall. Also solltet ihr hier bestellen und es tauchen Probleme auf, auch wenn sie ärgerlich sind, nehmt Kontakt auf. Hier ist der Kunde noch viel Wert und es wird geholfen.
